Mac OS X Lion support

Hello all,

The current dev branch of standalone jemalloc crashes on Mac OS X Lion.  I noticed that it looks like Mozilla's copy of jemalloc supports Lion:

I've extracted out (what I think are) the relevant changes and applied them to the standalone jemalloc (patch attached).  Using the jemalloc.sh script, it "seems to work" for me with a handful of command-line apps on my Lion box.  I've noticed a couple of the Mozilla developers on this list; I'd appreciate a look through the patch to make sure I didn't leave out anything important.
