After a naively mistaken purchase and refund of the downloadable Windows 8.1 (a .exe download is of little use since I don't have any MS operating system), I have a physical copy on the way.  I'll be interested to to learn how far away we are from being able to use Visual Studio in addition to MinGW, but mainly I'm eager to detect regressions prior to releases and be able to claim with a straight face that jemalloc is reliable on Windows. =)
